The Philippines eTravel Declaration is a government‑run digital registration platform for travelers arriving in or departing from the Philippines. Replacing the former paper arrival/departure cards and health forms, it streamlines immigration, customs, and quarantine procedures into a single online form.

If you're visiting for tourism, to see friends or family, or even transiting through the Philippines (unless you stay airside), you'll need to complete the eTravel Declaration within 72 hours before your arrival or departure date.

You may register or update your information within 72 hours (3 days) before arrival into or departure from the Philippines.

You'll need to provide details in the following sections:
●​ Travel type (arrival or departure) and transportation mode (air or sea)​
●​ Personal info: full name, citizenship, passport details, birthdate​
●​ Contact info and accommodation address in the Philippines​
●​ Flight or vessel details (e.g. flight number, seat)​
●​ Health declaration (symptoms and disease exposure)​
●​ Customs & baggage, and currency declaration if carrying above thresholds

Shortly after submission, you’ll receive a QR code (via email and on‑screen).
●​ Green QR code: information is complete and compliant → you qualify for express lane immigration processing​
●​ Red QR code: data may be incomplete, or potential exposure → you’ll undergo manual review by quarantine officers.

After submitting the eTravel form, travelers will receive confirmation of their registration by email.

Successful Registration​

Once successfully completed, your eTravel information is electronically linked to your passport and travel details. There is no need to present a separate document upon arrival — Philippine immigration authorities can access your registration electronically. The eTravel registration is required for every entry into the Philippines and must be completed within 72 hours before your arrival.

Issues or Errors​

If there is a problem with your eTravel registration — such as missing or incorrect information — you may be asked to resubmit your details or correct errors before boarding or upon arrival. It is essential to ensure all personal, travel, and health-related data is accurate. Failure to complete the registration properly may result in delays at immigration or denial of entry until the form is correctly submitted.
